About Us
Richard Howard started his journey by helping a friend with disability claims a couple of years ago and from that, he inspired the Service Connecting Initiative. I am not a Veteran however I work closely and socialize with Veterans and Active-Duty personnel daily. I researched the VA policies and procedures and assisted MJ with his claim. It was very time-consuming and often frustrating due to the complexities associated with the facts and how they are presented on behalf of the veteran.
We are aware of the difficulties in navigating the VA's disability benefits system.
